January Durbin
Jan Durbin is the President and Owner of Janfay Corporate Recruiting, which she founded in 2014. Since the Company’s inception she has developed a client base spanning a broad spectrum of industries and a reputation for identifying and placing the best candidates in direct-hire and consulting roles. Through this success she has developed enduring relationships with her clients, candidates and consultants.
Immediately preceding the founding of Janfay Corporate Recruiting, Jan was the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Midwest Financial Staffing & Executive Search in Greater Cincinnati. Prior to that she held a Market Manager role with Ajilon Finance and Ajilon Professional Staffing, where she was ranked top three in the company. Jan began her executive recruiting career at Management Recruiters.
Outside of work, Jan is active in her local community. She volunteers with Lighthouse Youth Services in the foster-parent training program, is an Associate Member of the NFL Alumni – Cincinnati Chapter, and serves as an Executive Mentor to students at Xavier University.
